With God's grace, on Saturday and Sunday November 16th and 17th, 2013, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and a large number of Metropolitans and Bishops of the Holy Synod will enthrone:

•  H.G. Bishop David over the newly formed diocese of New York and New England

•  H.G. Bishop Selwanis as the head of St. Pakhomious' Monastery in El Shayeb, Luxor

•  Hegumen Samuel Al Moharaqy to be Anba Karas  as a general bishop over Al Mahalah.

Prayers will begin with vespers on Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. (Cairo time). The liturgy begins at 7:00 a.m. (Cairo time) on Sunday. It will be followed by a celebration of the first year anniversary of the enthronement of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II.

Also, the different committees of the Holy Synod will meet over a period of four days between Monday and Wednesday. They will conclude with a general meeting of the Holy Synod on Thursday.
